Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to using the floodandwaterpumps.co.uk website. Floodandwaterpumps.co.uk is part of Flood Protection Solutions Ltd. By using the site you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you use any other service from Flood Protection Solutions Ltd you will be subject to the terms and conditions for that service.
Anyone is entitled to use and view this site for their own purposes, however this should be for information or purchasing, and not for re-use for any commercial purpose.
Descriptions, Product Images and Copyright
Images and film are for illustration and may not represent the exact model code mentioned. We aim to ensure that all information is up to date, however errors or omissions may occur. Please notify us if you come across any, so that these can be corrected. We are unable to accept any responsibility for consequential loss, other than return carriage for an error.
This site may contain links to third party websites. We accept no responsibility for the content on these sites. A link does not indicate an endorsement, and these are provided for your convenience only.

When an order is placed to purchase a product from floodandwaterpumps.co.uk, we will confirm receipt by email or phone. Your order represents an offer to purchase which we will confirm once accepted.
Your order will be considered completed when we send a despatch confirmation email or we telephone you.
We will notify you if there are any problems with your order as soon as possible.
Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time up to 14 days after delivery of the goods. To cancel you must notify us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the goods are returned (at your own expense) complete, unused and undamaged in original boxes, within 14 days of the pump being returned, you will be refunded. The refund will be by the same method of payment that you used. Please be careful to return these to the address given which may differ from our head office. Please note if these are not returned to the address provided, a forwarding shipping cost will be applied.
Special order items which aren't held as stock or listed on our site may be subject to at least a 30% restocking charge.
If your goods have been damaged in transit you must advise us within 72 hours of receipt. The courier’s paperwork should be marked ‘arrived damaged’. We will arrange for collection and replacement/refund.
Shortages and errors
If you discover that we have sent you an incorrect item, or an item is missing, you must advise us within 72 hours of receipt. We will ship the correct item as soon as we can. We will arrange to collect incorrect items or ask you to return it.
You must follow all instructions provided. If instructions are not provided, do not use the product, and contact us for a replacement set.
The guarantee will be void if the product is used for a duty (service or application) which differed from the use it is designed for. (E.G using a clean water pump for dirty water). If you are unsure, please Contact Us.
Please contact our team who can advise you of the length of product guarantee. You have the right to return a defective product for the length of the guarantee.
Before contacting us please refer to the trouble shooting guide in the manual.
After following the guide, if equipment is still defective, then please contact our customer service team who may be able to offer further advice to resolve the problem.
NB. DO NOT attempt to repair or adapt the equipment during the warranty period. Any such interference will negate any claim under the guarantee.
You cannot return a non-defective product if it has been used or used in the wrong duty (service or application).
We will arrange collection of the defective product. If it is not faulty you will be charged for the cost of collection/delivery.
We aim to repair or replace any defective item with the same or a newer model. We reserve the right to replace it with an alternative brand capable of matching the duty. You will not be charged for delivery. At least 14 days is required from arrival at the warehouse to inspect and repair or replace the item.
Tsurumi submersible pumps have a 3 year guarantee. This covers failure of equipment due to faulty components or manufacture. The guarantee covers parts and labour only. Fair wear and tear along with misuse are excluded.
Other brands come with at least a 1 year guarantee which covers failure of faulty components or manufacture. Warranty covers parts and labour only. Fair wear and tear along with misuse are excluded.
Any warranty offered by the supplier will be passed onto the customer. We reserve all rights regarding the validity of the claim.
Pricing and Availability
We endeavour to given an ‘up to date’ indication of availability of products. As orders are constantly being processed the website may not have the most up to date stock levels. We will inform you by email if a product purchased is unavailable or out of stock. In this unfortunate event, we will either refund or advise when this would be available and arrange the earliest delivery.
Despite our efforts, some products may be mispriced. We verify prices as part of the dispatch process. We will advise if this is found to be the case and discuss the best form of action.
Floodandwaterpumps.co.uk automatically calculates any shipping costs.
Ordered in stock will be dispatched the same day if ordered by 4pm. Goods can only be dispatched to a UK address.
We always aim for next day delivery. On occasion this is not possible and adverse delivery conditions may delay delivery. We are unable to accept any responsibility for any losses or incidents occurring as a result of any delay in delivery.
Additional charges may apply for a Saturday delivery. All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure they are delivered to an address where a signature can be obtained.
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. You will be advised at the time of ordering if your card is a type we do not accept. You must ensure the details are correct and you have authorisation for that payment. Should a situation arise we may need to contact you regarding a payment problem. Purchases will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full. If you have payment issues, please contact us and we will issue a proforma for BACS payment. Only UK registered payment cards may be used.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
