Shipping policy

Whilst we always encourage our customers to prepare in advance, we understand that water pumps can often be required in emergencies. Whether you have an existing pump that has failed, and require a replacement, or you need an entirely new water pump, a quick delivery service is important.

We use a next working day service and aim to dispatch orders placed before 4pm, the same working day.

It should be noted that whilst we endeavour to offer a next day service, it cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds are offered if the parcel is slightly delayed.

On occasion you may have more than 1 delivery per order, as all items may not be in the same warehouse.

Our preferred couriers are DHL, DPD, and Parcelforce.

*Free next day delivery actually incorporates the delivery charge into the product, the carriage is not actually free and we have to pay for the service using external carriers.  Please note, terms apply to any Free Delivery offers. Free Delivery is only available in Mainland U.K, and excludes the Scottish Highlands.

Same Day Delivery:

In certain urgent circumstances we are able to offer same day delivery. Please call us on 0115 9870358 and we may be able to arrange this for you.

International Delivery:

We can ship our items worldwide. Please contact us on 0115 9870358 or enquiries@floodprotectionsolutions.co.uk and we can provide a quote for you.

We always aim for next working day delivery. On occasion this is not possible and adverse delivery conditions may delay delivery. We are unable to accept any responsibility for any losses or incidents occurring as a result of any delay in delivery. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Our online shop is open for orders 24-7 and you are able to choose from a range of delivery options to suit your requirements. Smaller pumps have a cost saving 2-5-day delivery option.
