Refund policy

You may cancel your order any time up to 14 days after delivery of the goods. To cancel you must notify us in writing to enquiries@floodprotectionsolutions.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. If the goods are returned (at your own expense) complete, unused and undamaged in original boxes you will be refunded within 14 days. The refund will be by the same method of payment that you used. Please be careful to return these to the address given which may differ from our head office. Please note if these are not returned to the address provided, a forwarding shipping cost may be applied. If the item is in a resellable condition a full refund will be received. If the item is not in a resellable condition when it arrives back with us, a restocking charge of 20% may be applied. Special order items which aren't held as stock or listed on our site may be subject to at least a 30% restocking charge.

Damaged Items

If your goods have been damaged in transit you must advise us within 72 hours of receipt. The courier’s paperwork should be marked ‘arrived damaged’. We will arrange for collection and replacement/refund.
