We want you to buy with confidence. If something isn't right, you have a full 14 days after delivery to start a return, and we'll make the process as simple as possible.

How it works

Three simple steps.

No forms to print, no hoops to jump through. Just drop us an email and we'll guide you from there.

  1. STEP 01

    Email us

    Tell us what you'd like to return and your order number at support@floodprotectionsolutions.co.uk, any time within 14 days of delivery.

  2. STEP 02

    We confirm the details

    We'll quickly confirm your return is eligible and send you the correct return address. (It can differ from our head office, so this step saves you time and postage.)

  3. STEP 03

    Send it back, your way

    Return the goods using any courier you like, then we'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving them, by the same method you paid with.

Flexible returns

Return it with any courier you choose.

We don't lock you into one carrier or a pricey returns label. Use whichever courier is best or most convenient for you, just make sure it's tracked and sent to the address we confirm.

Once it's back with us in resellable condition, you'll get a full refund.

To get a full refund

Send it back as it arrived.

So we can offer a full refund, please return items:

  • Complete and unused
  • Undamaged and in their original boxes
  • To the return address we confirm by email
  • With your name and order number inside the box, or on the delivery wallet slip

That last one matters, it's how we match your parcel to your refund as soon as it lands. Items that arrive back in resellable condition are refunded in full.

Damaged in transit?

Let us know within 72 hours.

If your goods are damaged in transit, tell us within 72 hours of receipt and mark the courier's paperwork "arrived damaged."

We'll arrange collection and sort a replacement or refund. You won't be out of pocket for transit damage that wasn't your fault.

Good to know

A few items work a little differently. Special-order or bespoke products (anything not held as stock or listed on our site) may not be eligible for return, and items returned incomplete, used or not in resellable condition may be subject to a restocking charge.
