Shipping and timescales.
How we ship orders, when next-working-day delivery applies, what happens on bank holidays, and what we can (and can't) promise on transit times. Order before 2pm Mon to Fri for same-day dispatch on in-stock items.

Standard delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day where stock allows. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the item, the destination, and the service chosen.
Our preferred couriers are DHL, DPD, and Parcelforce. Please add a mobile number at checkout so the courier can send you tracking and delivery updates directly.
Some orders arrive in more than one parcel, and occasionally on more than one day, because not every item is held in the same warehouse. This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.
Same day delivery
In urgent situations we can sometimes arrange same day delivery by dedicated courier. This is not bookable online.

Click and Collect
Selected items can be collected from our Epperstone warehouse in Nottinghamshire. Please call 0115 987 0358 before travelling so we can confirm stock and arrange a collection time. We don't operate a walk-in shop.
International delivery
We ship pumps and flood defence equipment worldwide. Recent shipments have included flood defence equipment to Barbados. International delivery is quoted on request because the cost depends on item weight and dimensions, the destination, and the service level required.

Free delivery
Some products may be listed with free delivery included. The cost of carriage is built into the product price rather than absent, as we still pay our couriers for the service.
Free delivery offers apply only to Mainland UK and exclude the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and offshore destinations. For those areas a delivery quote is provided at checkout or on request.
Important notes on next working day delivery
We work hard to dispatch quickly and choose reliable couriers, but courier networks can be affected by weather, traffic, and operational issues that are entirely outside our control. For that reason:
- Next working day delivery is offered as a service, not a guarantee.
- Where a next day service is selected, goods are dispatched using a next day courier. If the courier delivers late, the delay is not grounds for a delivery refund.
- Provided the goods arrive, no refund is offered for a late delivery.
- We cannot accept responsibility for losses or incidents resulting from a delivery delay. Please plan around this where the work is time-critical.
