EVAK Residox 750 Manual Puddle Pump | High Flow, Pumps to 1 mm | 110V & 230V

The EVAK Residox 750 is the higher-output ultra-low-level manual puddle pump in the Residox range, built for larger flood areas, longer hose runs, and applications where water needs to be moved over distance or discharged uphill. It is the highest flow rate puddle pump in our range.

It shares the construction and low-level pumping characteristics of the 400, with significantly more capacity behind it.

When to choose the 750 over the 400

The 750 is the appropriate choice when flow rate matters more than cost. It delivers 330 litres per minute and a maximum head of 16-metres, against 250 l/min and 11 m on the Residox 400, clearing larger volumes faster and pumping further from the source. Typical applications include:

• Ā  Ā Larger basement, cellar or warehouse floods
• Ā  Ā Pumping uphill or over long horizontal distances to a drain
• Ā  Ā Faster recovery times on flood-response callouts
• Ā  Ā Hire fleets requiring one pump to cover a wider range of jobs
• Ā  Ā Construction and site drainage where flow rate is the limiting factor

For straightforward domestic flooding and standard nuisance water, the Residox 400 is usually sufficient.

Ultra-low-level pumping

The Residox is designed for jobs that conventional submersible pumps cannot finish. Where a standard pump stops drawing once the water drops below its inlet, the Residox continues pumping down to approximately 1 mm above the floor, leaving surfaces almost dry. That makes it well suited to flood recovery, basement clearance and any application where minimal residual water is the priority.

Built for demanding use

The 750 shares the Residox build standard: cast iron pump housing, stainless steel outer case and handle, alloy motor and seal casing, and a Hytrel vortex impeller. The 2 mm free passage handles dirty, debris-laden water typical of flood conditions. The rubberised NBR suction base protects tiles, concrete slabs and other finished surfaces.

No priming needed

Unlike some other puddle pumps (such as the Tsurumi LSC range), the Residox does not need to be primed with water poured into the pump body. Place it down in the water to be removed, switch it on, and pump. The pump is fully submersible and should always be operated submerged or with water present at the suction base, and should not be left to run dry.

110V or 230V

Choose 110V for site use with a transformer, or 230V for domestic and general-purpose applications.

How to Attach a Hose to a Water Pump

Floodandwaterpumps.co.uk has been specially designed to simplify the types of pumps into categories to make choosing the best pump for your requirements easy.

We are often asked how to attach the hose to a pump, and have created this 'how-to' video to demonstrate. The pump and accessories listed are all available at floodandwaterpumps.co.uk

What is a Puddle Pump? | Quick Explanation

Puddle pumps are a special type of submersible pump that do not need to be fully submersed in water. They can pump to very low levels of water (i.e a puddle) without the pump overheating or becoming damaged. This removes the need for a chamber to be dug.

Who We Are

Who We Are

Flood Protection Solutions LtdĀ launched floodandwaterpumps.co.uk to make quality water pumps and expert advice easily accessible online. We have a large stock of water pumps which are available with next day delivery. Browse our shop to see the range of water pumps and flood pumps available. Whether you require pumps for flood water, draining construction sites or even for aĀ water featureĀ we have selected the best pumps available.

For a number of years,Ā industry qualityĀ pumps were onlyĀ accessible to trade customers, and domestic users wereĀ  left with generally poor-quality water pumps which often failed when used in anger. We have combined high-quality, reliable domestic and industrial pumps into one website which makes the best products available to all.

Flood Protection Solutions Ltd was founded in 2012, and has been supplyingĀ flood barriers, water pumps and consultancy services for the past 12 years. As part of our consultancy work, we extensively travel the UK, visiting homeowners, businesses and agencies to advise on flood protection schemes. We realised that too many people had previously purchased either the wrong type of water pump, or a poor quality one which did not perform the task well, and would not be reliable in service. Water pumps can be very important, and therefore you need the right type of pump and it need to be hard wearing.
