Disposal Declaration

I accept that if after 60 days from the date of the inspection report, this item (repaired or unrepaired) remain in the possession of Flood Protection Solutions and that any chargeable work and or freight charges remain unpaid. Flood Protection Solutions reserve the right to claim title of this item and arrange for its disposal

Please note the following:

1. Please clean and disinfect the pump thoroughly

2. The minimum charge for return carriage is £14.00 which will waived if warranty is upheld

3. The pump must be packed with care to ensure that it is not damaged whilst in transit
