Automatic Submersible Well Pump with Integral Electronics

For Irrigation, Water Supply and Rainwater Systems

The Divertron is a fully automatic submersible well pump with integral electronics and pressure control built in.

It is designed for clean water applications, including irrigation, rainwater harvesting, spraying and general water supply across domestic, agricultural and light industrial use.

The pump automatically starts when a tap or valve is opened and stops when it is closed. This makes it far more like a domestic pressure system than a standard submersible pump, and avoids the risk of running against a closed valve which can damage other pumps.

Where this pump is typically used

The Divertron is best suited to:

  • Irrigation and sprinkler systems
  • Garden watering and hose use
  • Domestic water supply from wells or tanks
  • Rainwater harvesting and spraying

It is the correct choice where you want automatic operation without additional control equipment.

Why choose the Divertron

  • Built-in electronics control start and stop automatically
  • Can run safely with taps or hose triggers
  • No external pressure controller required
  • Dry run protection
  • Simple to install and operate

Build and design

The pump uses a multi-stage design to generate pressure and is built from durable thermoplastic and stainless components. The motor is oil cooled and all electronics are contained within the unit.

The Divertron runs on a 230V supply with a 1 inch outlet, delivering a maximum flow of approximately 95 litres per minute and a maximum head of 36 metres, making it suitable for typical irrigation and domestic pressure systems.

Installation

The Divertron is installed submerged within a well or tank and connected directly into the system.

For best performance:

  • Maximum submersion depth: 12 metres
  • Operating temperature range: 0°C to 40°C
  • Designed for clean water only

Important notes

  • Not suitable for dirty or abrasive water
  • Not intended for ponds or water features

Who We Are

Who We Are

Flood Protection Solutions Ltd launched floodandwaterpumps.co.uk to make quality water pumps and expert advice easily accessible online. We have a large stock of water pumps which are available with next day delivery. Browse our shop to see the range of water pumps and flood pumps available. Whether you require pumps for flood water, draining construction sites or even for a water feature we have selected the best pumps available.

For a number of years, industry quality pumps were only accessible to trade customers, and domestic users were  left with generally poor-quality water pumps which often failed when used in anger. We have combined high-quality, reliable domestic and industrial pumps into one website which makes the best products available to all.

Flood Protection Solutions Ltd was founded in 2012, and has been supplying flood barriers, water pumps and consultancy services for the past 12 years. As part of our consultancy work, we extensively travel the UK, visiting homeowners, businesses and agencies to advise on flood protection schemes. We realised that too many people had previously purchased either the wrong type of water pump, or a poor quality one which did not perform the task well, and would not be reliable in service. Water pumps can be very important, and therefore you need the right type of pump and it need to be hard wearing.
