The Evak Drainox 1500 is a heavy-duty submersible drainage pump designed for arduous site drainage applications. Available in 230V single-phase and 400V three-phase versions, it features an FC20 cast iron pump housing, ADC12 alloy motor housing, A356 aluminium oil chamber, and a highly abrasion-resistant Hytrel vortex impeller that reduces wear and maintains reliability. Stainless steel is used throughout for the strainer base, outer cover and handle.

The pump housing is cast from FC20 cast iron for impact and wear resistance. The motor housing and seal casing are ADC12 aluminium alloy; the oil chamber is A356 aluminium. The strainer base, outer cover and handle are stainless steel. The Hytrel vortex impeller is highly abrasion resistant, reducing wear and maintaining performance over extended use. A double mechanical seal is fitted in an oil chamber: upper CA/CE, lower SIC/SIC. An auto-reset thermal protector and internal capacitor are fitted as standard. The pump is supplied with 10 metres of H07RN-F cable.
The Drainox 1500 is designed specifically for heavy-duty site drainage, combining cast iron durability with a Hytrel vortex impeller that outlasts standard impeller designs in abrasive conditions. Available as 230V Manual, 230V Auto (float-controlled) and 400V Manual, it can be matched to both temporary dewatering tasks and automatic sump installations. The 10-metre H07RN-F cable is supplied as standard, making it ready to work from the box. Weight: 24kg.
