Our 150mm (6 inch) layflat hose is the largest discharge hose we supply, matched to the 6 inch ports on high capacity diesel and electric pumps used in major flood events, quarry dewatering and watercourse over-pumping. Even at this bore it weighs only 0.90 kg per metre, so a single operative can position runs that would need a team and lifting kit with rigid 6 inch hose.
The heavy yarn reinforcement holds the 3 bar working pressure across very high flows, making it the practical choice for moving thousands of litres a minute from flooded sites, excavations and settlement lagoons to a distant discharge point. Between jobs it rolls flat onto a reel for compact storage. For the suction lift into these large pumps, complete the system with our 150mm suction and delivery hose. Coils from 6m to 100m.
