The SQ2-2 series is constructed in 304 and 316 stainless steel and resin. Models have a water-cooled, top discharge design for applications where space is limited, operating while partially submerged or during short periods of dry running. liquid paraffin is used for lubrication oil which enables use in food processing and aquaculture. They are also suitable where corrosion and chemical resistance is needed at a higher head and greater volume than standard steel pumps. Can be used in industrial, trade, and domestic but it is not recommended for ponds or water features.
