Single-Phase High-Head Submersible Drainage Pump for Large Flows at Depth

The Tsurumi NK is a single-phase submersible drainage pump designed to deliver large flows at high heads, making it suitable for applications where other single-phase submersibles cannot sustain performance at depth. The top discharge design forms a water and air-cooling channel that enables long periods of operation in seepage conditions. An integral starting capacitor is built into each model for direct connection without external controls. Suitable for spring water, rainwater and water containing sand.

Construction and Durability

The NK4-22 features a ductile iron (FCD700) impeller and a natural rubber pump casing, with an aluminium alloy motor frame and SUS403 stainless steel shaft. The NK3-22L uses a chromium iron HiCrFC impeller and FC200 grey iron casing, with SUS420J2 stainless steel shaft. Both models use a double mechanical seal in an oil bath with an oil lifting device; both primary and secondary seals are silicon carbide on silicon carbide. Each pump is supplied with 20 metres of H07RN8-F cable and has a discharge size of 2" (NK4-22) or 3" (NK3-22L). Free passage is 6mm on both models. IP rating: IP68.
