The Eurojet is a 4 inch submersible borehole pump with 1inch outlet, designed for clean water supply from narrow boreholes.

It is a straightforward, entry-level option within the range, suited to domestic, agricultural and light industrial use where you need reliable pressure without unnecessary complexity.

How it operates

The Eurojet is available in two versions:

• Manual version – runs continuously when powered
• Automatic version – uses a pendant float switch to operate based on water level

The float switch requires space to move freely, so:

·       It is generally not suitable for narrow boreholes

·       More suited to tanks, wells or larger chambers

On manual models, flow can be controlled by adding a pressure controller in the delivery line, allowing it to operate more like a demand-based system.

Build and design

The Eurojet is a multi-stage pump designed for high pressure, high head pumping.

• Stainless steel body and motor housing
• Multi-stage impellers for pressure
• Oil cooled motor for durability
• Non toxic oil
• Integral starting capacitor

The pump is designed for clean water and can handle water with small suspended particles (max 60 g/m³ particles). An optional 80 micron stainless steel sand filter is available to help protect the pump from abrasive solids.

It can be used with relatively clean stream or surface water, however where sand or abrasive particles are present, a filter should be installed to protect the pump.

Installation

Installed within a borehole, well or chamber depending on the setup.

The pump can be fitted with a 25mm male BSP hose tail to allow a 25mm/1inch hose to be connected.

All well and borehole pumps in this range are 230V only
110V is not used as it does not provide sufficient power for high head, multi-stage pumping applications.

Important notes

• Designed for clean water, including rainwater and stored water
• Not suitable for sewage or heavy solids
• Float switch version requires space and is not suited to narrow boreholes
