The Umbra Pompe Eurojet is a 4 inch multi stage borehole pump built for clean water supply from narrow wells and boreholes. With a stainless steel jacket, single phase 230V motor and impressive head performance, it is a simple, reliable choice for domestic, agricultural and light industrial water supply.

Construction and Durability
The Eurojet has a 100 mm stainless steel outer body to suit standard 4 inch wells, with multi stage impellers stacked to deliver high pressure even at depth. The motor is oil cooled using non toxic oil and includes an integral starting capacitor, giving steady performance and helping dissipate heat during continuous duty. It is built to the EN 60335-2-41 standard for water pumps and meets the ErP Eco Design requirements with an MEI above 0.4. The Eurojet is rated to a maximum submersion depth of 17 metres and is suitable for water with very small suspended particles, with an optional 80 micron stainless steel sand filter available to extend service life in dirtier wells.

Drinking Water and WRAS
Umbra Pompe describes these pumps as suitable for potable water, although they are not WRAS approved. WRAS approval is generally intended for products connected to the public mains supply and is not normally required for a private borehole.
For drinking-water use, the complete system should be suitable and the water tested where appropriate.
