Construction and Durability

A vortex impeller design allows 50mm solids to pass freely, reducing clogging and downtime. The pump is fitted with a high‑quality Eagle Burgmann double mechanical seal (carbon/ceramic upper and silicon carbide lower) to ensure durability and reliable sealing in harsh environments. Thermal and overload protection is included with this pump.

Why choose the Evak Hippo 75?

The Hippo 75 is an excellent choice for contractors and operators who need a robust, submersible pump for dirty water and sewage. Its full free‑passage vortex impeller, durable materials and professional‑grade sealing make it a dependable alternative to premium brands, offering strong performance and long service life in demanding applications.
