Delivering Pumps to Jersey, the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

We’ve recently helped customers purchase pumps for delivery to Jersey in the Channel Islands and to the Republic of Ireland. While Floodandwaterpumps.co.uk is currently set up for online checkout within the UK, we can still supply pumps and arrange delivery to these locations through a quick invoice process.

Channel Islands (Jersey) water pump delivery:

To arrange shipping to Jersey (and the wider Channel Islands), we simply need the quantity and which water pump your would like to order, plus the billing and delivery address. If you’re a business registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST), providing your GST registration number can help support customs clearance. We’ll then issue a proforma invoice that includes an accurate delivery cost. Once the invoice is approved and paid, we arrange shipment, typically 3–5 working days for delivery.

Amazing experience and service. Located the goods that I wanted and tried to order them online (to ship to the Channel Islands) which it wouldn't let me do (not standard UK mainland). So went onto the instant messenger on the site to see if they could help and send to Channel Islands, was immediately put onto a real person, Tammy, to chat to (not a bot) who advised that they could absolutely help and to email them the details. Tammy was just brilliant and really helpful, even understood GST and raised invoices without the VAT so another headache saved from my end. When the delivery went slightly awry and we received part delivery with 1 parcel missing. I contacted Tammy who immediately started to make enquiries with DHL but also immediately arranged for replacement goods to be sent out to fulfill the order whilst the investigation was underway. Service above and beyond, Tammy excellent, would certainly recommend!!

Republic of Ireland water pump delivery:

The process is similar, but for courier and customs purposes we must provide a commercial invoice with the shipment details. For deliveries to businesses, we’ll need your EORI number. For residential deliveries, an EORI number is not required.

Northern Ireland water pump delivery:

Orders for Northern Ireland can be placed directly via the Flood and Water Pumps website. However, when booking the courier we must also provide a commercial invoice, and deliveries can take 3–5 working days. This is due to the Windsor Framework guidance for sending parcels between Great Britain and Northern Ireland:

Note: For the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland, we won’t charge UK VAT on your purchase. However, your shipment will be subject to local import taxes, which may be collected by customs or the courier upon delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions on shipping water pumps outside the UK.

Q: Can I place an order online if I’m in the Channel Islands or Ireland?
A: Not directly through the website. Our system currently doesn’t support non-UK addresses like Jersey, Guernsey, or Ireland for online checkout. But you can still order from us by contacting our team. We’ll create a proforma invoice for you to review and pay. (Northern Ireland customers can order through the website normally, as NI is still within the UK.)

Q: How do I request a proforma invoice for my order?
A: It’s simple – reach out to us via phone or email with your requirements. Let us know which product(s) you want and the delivery address. We will then send you a proforma invoice by email, which will include the product details, shipping cost, and payment instructions. Once you’re happy with it, you can pay securely (e.g. via bank transfer or other indicated methods), and we’ll process your order immediately.

Q: What are the shipping costs and delivery times for these regions?
A: Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order and will be calculated on the proforma invoice before you pay. We work to find the best courier rates for the Channel Islands and Ireland. Generally, delivery to Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland, or Northern Ireland takes about 3–5 working days from the dispatch date. We’ll provide tracking information so you can follow your shipment’s progress. (Bear in mind that remote locations or customs clearance might add a small delay, but 3–5 days is typical.)

Q: Will I need to pay any taxes or duties on delivery?
A: For Northern Ireland, no additional import taxes are due (it’s within the UK, so transactions include UK VAT as usual). For the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland, your order is exported from the UK and is liable for local charges and custom fees.

Q: What types of pumps can you ship to Jersey, the Republic of Ireland, and Northern Ireland?
A: We can ship a wide range of water pumps, including puddle pumps, site drainage pumps, sewage pumps, swimming pool pumps, and pond pumps. If you’re not sure which model is right for your application, tell us what you’re pumping (clean water, dirty water, sewage), the required flow/height, and the power supply available, and we’ll recommend a suitable pump and confirm the best delivery option.

We are here to help you with your water pumps requirements and stock a variety of high-quality options. Whether you know what pump you need or would like some guidance, we are here to make the process straightforward as possible. Phone us directly or via email on
