Order Water Pumps Online for Ireland, the Channel Islands & Isle of Man
You can now order pumps, hoses and fittings directly through floodandwaterpumps.co.uk for delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Choose your country, add what you need to your basket, and the delivery charge is calculated at checkout from your order's weight and delivery address. No quote or proforma invoice is needed.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day where stock allows.
Republic of Ireland water pump delivery
Prices are shown and charged in euros, with no UK VAT on the goods or the delivery. Goods are shipped on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means the recipient is the importer and Irish VAT, any import duty and the courier's clearance fee are payable before or on delivery. These are set by Irish Revenue and the courier, not by us. Business customers will need an EORI number for customs; residential deliveries do not need one.
Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) water pump delivery
No UK VAT is charged on the goods or the delivery. Goods are shipped on DAP terms, so any local import GST, duty and clearance charges are payable by the recipient. If you are a business registered for GST in Jersey, adding your GST number at checkout can help customs clearance.

Amazing experience and service. Located the goods that I wanted and tried to order them online (to ship to the Channel Islands) which it wouldn't let me do (not standard UK mainland). So went onto the instant messenger on the site to see if they could help and send to Channel Islands, was immediately put onto a real person, Tammy, to chat to (not a bot) who advised that they could absolutely help and to email them the details. Tammy was just brilliant and really helpful, even understood GST and raised invoices without the VAT so another headache saved from my end. When the delivery went slightly awry and we received part delivery with 1 parcel missing. I contacted Tammy who immediately started to make enquiries with DHL but also immediately arranged for replacement goods to be sent out to fulfill the order whilst the investigation was underway. Service above and beyond, Tammy excellent, would certainly recommend!!

Isle of Man water pump delivery
The Isle of Man is part of the UK VAT area, so UK VAT is charged as normal and there are no import charges. Delivery is on a 2 to 5 working day service.
Northern Ireland water pump delivery
Orders for Northern Ireland are placed online in the same way as the rest of the UK, with UK VAT. Because we must provide a commercial invoice when booking the courier under the Windsor Framework, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days.
Heavy orders
Online delivery covers orders up to 500 kg to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, and up to 150 kg to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. For heavier orders no delivery option will appear at checkout; email us the items and your delivery address and we will send a delivery quote.
